A 21st century business education requires a state-of-the-art facility. The Offutt School of Business will provide that for many students for years to come. Located in the existing repurposed Grant Hall Dining Center, the new facility features multiple function spaces on two existing stories and an added third story.
The facility includes 12 new classrooms featuring smart technology, open commons areas where students can collaborate with their professors and classmates outside of class, as well as an exterior patio terrace. A boardroom, technology lab for a student investment club and a student-run coffee shop are also included.
The facility is the first building on Concordia’s campus to be LEED Certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a program that promotes the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings, homes and neighborhoods.
