Foss worked with Sanford Health’s Plastic Surgery surgeons and administrative staff to fulfill their desire for a clinic space with a more “polished” feel, but with a quiet professional sophistication.
Existing shelled-out space on the second floor of the 2801 Medical Building was renovated for clinical functions including exam rooms, nurse work areas, work-up rooms, clean storage, soiled holding, patient care coordinator’s office, procedure rooms and an equipment alcove. A public waiting room/lobby and retail/display area were also provided. Also included were housekeeping, a breakroom, work room and staff toilet/shower/ change areas.
