The new Holiday Inn in Glendale, Arizona was a collaboration between Foss Interior Design and a local architect. As with all franchise hotels, design standards for the exteriors and interiors were utilized. For the interiors, one of the three design palettes was implemented in the lobby, lounge, conference area, fitness gym, pool, and guest rooms. Along with finishes, furniture, and accent lighting selections, a complete set of interior design construction drawings and specifications were completed and issued with the architectural set of documents.
