St. John's Rectory

Foss Architecture + Interiors provided professional services for the design and construction for a new Rectory for St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Wahpeton, ND. The new rectory is located across four lots owned by the Church with overall property dimensions of 176’ wide by 132’ deep.

The main floor of the Rectory includes three suites and two guest rooms, a large gathering space associated with an open-style kitchen layout, dining space to accommodate up to 12 people, a small chapel, laundry facility, ground floor entry and patio area off the main living space.
A full basement with 8’ ceilings provides space for two guest rooms and a large communion room. A large three-stall garage with an additional area for equipment/mowers/etc., is attached to the Rectory.
