After Fergus Falls underwent a Downtown & Riverfront Master Plan, Rivers Edge Investments teamed with Foss Architecture + Interiors to help develop a 4-story, mixed-use building on an underutilized downtown parking lot along the Otter Tail River. The Linq consists of a 3-story wood-framed structure of 30 residential units above a podium of indoor parking and commercial retail space.

The Linq is one phase of a larger project that will bring vitality to the Downtown Fergus Falls arts, restaurant, and entertainment scenes, while providing residents with scenic views and interaction along the Otter Tail River.
