Foss worked with Enclave Development to re-envision a blighted site that formerly held a vacated K-Mart. The new Midtown Market is the cornerstone of an overall masterplan that Foss developed with Enclave & Houston Civil Engineers. The retail mall provides up to 16 tenant spaces with contemporary materials and abundant storefront glazing to appeal to consumers.
