the shops at tillstone

Foss worked with Enclave Development on the masterplan of the Tillstone development located on the growing edge of south Fargo. The masterplan provides a comprehensive plan for up to seven commercial office & retail sites along with multi-family housing and amenity clubhouse for 314 residents.

At the main entrance into the Tillstone development are The Shops at Tillstone by River Rock Property. Foss worked with River Rock to create leasable retail within their office building. The premium retail suites provide abundant glass and quality materials such as stone that ties into the Tillstone Development’s theme. With an architecture inspired by the area’s prairie heritage, the Tillstone development offers a modern take on today’s popular farmhouse design.
