Foss worked with Enclave Development to design a retail mall in the trendy Uptown neighborhood of Fargo. Uptown II is the second phase of a larger development consisting of high-end housing and retail. The retail mall provides 9 boutique tenant spaces with contemporary materials and abundant storefront glazing to appeal to consumers.
